Liver, called Yakrit, derived from Sanskrit is one of the most important organs for metabolism.  

Fatty liver -  Common condition affecting liver health.  Fat accumulation of over 5% is undesirable and that will impact liver function 

There are 2 main types:  1. Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver May or may not have liver  cell scarring and cirrhosis  2. Alcoholic Fatty Liver  Caused due to excessive  alcohol consumption
