Dr. Ritu Kumari

Dr Ritu Kumari is a highly distinguished, research-driven Ayurveda Physician with 6 years of clinical experience, practising at Apollo AyurVAID, New Delhi. She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from the prestigious Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, and her Master of Medicine (MD) in Kayachikitsa (Internal Medicine) from Delhi. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Kayachikitsa at the premier Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA), Jamnagar, where her doctoral research focuses on Ayurvedic interventions for chronic low back pain and osteoarthritis through systematic reviews and network meta-analyses.
