Apply a heating pad or warm towel to neck and shoulders for 15-20 minutes, 2-3 times daily to relax muscles and boost circulation. 

Try neck rotations, shoulder rolls, and gentle stretches for 15-20 minutes daily.

Sleep on your back on a firm mattress and cervical pillow. Avoid sleeping on stomach. 

Incorporate warm water, ghee, wheat and rice, black gram or horse gram, ginger, garlic, turmeric and fruits in your daily diet.
