Natural Remedies for Neck Stiffness

Stiff neck is a common complaint for many, whether caused by poor posture, muscle strain, stress. It can also be a symptom of some serious underlying condition. 

Tilt the head towards one shoulder and hold for  15 - 20 seconds, switching to the other shoulder.

Neck Stretching Exercises

Head Tilt

Place your chin gently towards your chest and hold for 5 seconds, to strengthen neck muscles. 

Chin Tucks

Sit or stand upright. Gently pull your head to one side with your hand, holding for 15 - 30 seconds.

Upper Trapezius Stretch

Turn your head to one side, hold for 15 - 30 seconds, then switch sides to improve neck mobility.

Cervical Rotation Stretch

Yoga poses like Cat-Cow Stretch, Child’s Pose, and Forward Bend are beneficial to improve flexibility.
