What are Tridoshas  in Ayurveda?

The Tridoshas are  Vata, Pitta and Kapha that represent air, fire, and water which govern all bodily functions.

Balanced Vata Dosha encourages creativity and flexibility, while imbalances can lead to fear, anxiety, and restlessness.

Balanced Pitta fosters intelligence and understanding, while imbalances can lead to anger, hatred, or jealousy.

Balanced Kapha manifests as love, tranquility, and magnanimity, while imbalances can evoke attachment, avarice, or envy.

Imbalances in the tridoshas lead to physical or mental dysfunctions.

Ayurveda restores balance through personalized diet, lifestyle, yoga, and therapies, promoting harmony among Vata, Pitta, and Kapha for optimal health.
