Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged products:

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a product in a damaged or defective condition, please notify our Customer Care team immediately at +91 89514 02225 or via email at wecare@ayurvaid.com within 4 days of delivery.
  • After necessary verification, we will either refund your payment or send a replacement based on your preference.
  • Ensure that the damaged or defective product, along with the original packaging and contents of your shipment, is returned to us.

2. Incorrect Product Delivered:

  • If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please notify our Customer Care team at +91 89514 02225 or via email at wecare@ayurvaid.com within 4 days of delivery.
  • After verification, we will refund your payment or send the correct product as per your preference.
  • The incorrect product, along with the original packaging and contents of your shipment, must be returned to us.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3 working days of our confirmation.
  • The credited amount may take 7–14 working days to reflect in your bank or credit card statement due to inter-bank processes.

Important Notes

  • No Refunds for Undamaged or Correct Products: We do not offer refunds for products received in good condition and as per the order.
  • Policy Updates: AyurVAID reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
  • Order Cancellations:
    • In case of technical issues while placing the order, AyurVAID reserves the right to cancel or reject the order.
    • AyurVAID also reserves the right to reject any order without providing a reason.
