Dr. Aiswarya S.

Dr. Aiswarya S. is a highly-skilled Ayurveda physician with over eight years of diverse experience in integrative healthcare. She holds an MD in Kayachikitsa from the Amrita School of Ayurveda, Kollam, and a BAMS degree from Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Ayurveda College and Hospital, Chennai.
Her areas of expertise include chronic disease management, integrative rehabilitation, antenatal and postnatal Ayurveda care, dietetics, and Panchakarma-based therapies. Dr. Aiswarya is also experienced in working for Ortho-Neuro rehabilitation, physiotherapy, naturopathy, yoga, acupuncture, psychology, speech, and swallow therapy.

She served as a Clinical Research Associate at Reha Ayurveda Hospital and integrative Ortho Neuro rehab center in Kochi, involved in clinical consultations, inpatient monitoring, care coordination, and development of treatment plans for patients with complex conditions. Her responsibilities also included overseeing documentation, and maintaining electronic medical records (EMR).

Earlier in her career, Dr. Aiswarya served as Duty Doctor at Ayurshi Ayurveda Panchakarma Center in Chennai, where she managed Panchakarma therapies, minor OT procedures, antenatal care, and Ayurveda diet and lifestyle consultations. She also worked as a Resident Medical Officer and Trainee Doctor at Sanjeevani Ayurveda Hospital & Yoga Center, where she was responsible for round-the-clock patient care, diet planning, and hospital operations.
She is fluent in multiple languages including English, Malayalam, Sanskrit, Hindi, Tamil, and Arabic, and is passionate about writing, culinary arts, and community education.
