Dr. Neema Mohan is an Ayurveda physician with over 8 years of clinical experience, specialising in personalised, holistic care for chronic and lifestyle-related conditions. She joins Apollo AyurVAID, Navi Mumbai, as Primary Physician, bringing strong expertise in patient-centric clinical practice combined with operational leadership.
She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital. Over the years, Dr. Neema has gained extensive experience in managing both outpatient and inpatient care, handling consultations for domestic and international patients, and delivering structured Ayurveda treatment plans across hospital and wellness settings.
Clinically, her areas of focus include musculoskeletal disorders, stress- and anxiety-related conditions, lifestyle and metabolic disorders, women’s health and infertility care, prenatal and postnatal support, and clinical cosmetology. She follows a comprehensive approach that integrates classical Ayurveda principles with customised therapies, dietary guidance, and lifestyle modification to support sustainable outcomes.
Prior to joining Apollo AyurVAID, Dr. Neema served as Consultant Physician and Care Unit Head at a leading Ayurveda centre in Mumbai, where she was responsible for clinical decision-making, patient counselling, and day-to-day unit operations. Her experience also includes working as a Resident Medical Officer at a reputed Ayurveda wellness centre in Bengaluru, contributing to multidisciplinary care delivery and quality assurance.
Dr. Neema is known for her diagnostic acumen, empathetic patient engagement, and collaborative working style. She has also been actively involved in health camps, awareness programmes, and patient education initiatives, reflecting her commitment to preventive and promotive healthcare.
