Dr Rohith M. R. is a highly proficient, research-orientated Ayurveda Physician and Specialist in Rasasastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana (Ayurvedic Pharmaceutics, Herbo-mineral Chemistry, and Clinical Pharmacology). He holds a BAMS degree from the Amrita School of Ayurveda and an MD in Rasasastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana from the prestigious Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. Dr Rohith specialises in blending traditional pharmaceutical wisdom with modern analytical techniques to deliver safe, highly precise, and standardised therapeutic solutions. His clinical expertise centres on the rational, evidence-based application of herbo-mineral formulations (Rasaushadhis) to treat complex, chronic, and degenerative disorders, including chronic migraines, skin diseases, chronic kidney disease (CKD), and neurological disorders. He currently serves at AyurVAID HCAH – Somajiguda, Hyderabad, where he manages acute outpatient and inpatient care, directs post-stroke and road traffic accident (RTA) neurological rehabilitation in close collaboration with modern medicine teams, and co-manages chronic kidney disease pathways. An accomplished scholar, his postgraduate dissertation and clinical trial on the "Effect of Navajivana rasa with Pathyashadangam Kashaya Ghanasatwa in Classical Migraine" was published in the peer-reviewed International Journal of Ayurveda and Pharma Research (IJAPR), making a significant contribution to evidence-based neurology in Ayurveda.
