Dr. Rohith M. R.

Dr. Rohith M. R. is a proficient Ayurveda physician and specialist in Rasasastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana, with expertise in both pharmaceutical preparations and clinical applications of Ayurveda medicines. Holding a BAMS degree from Amrita School of Ayurveda and an MD in Rasasastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana from Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram, he blends traditional knowledge with modern analytical techniques to deliver safe and effective therapeutic solutions.
His clinical expertise spans the use of Rasaushadhis and herbo-mineral formulations in treating chronic conditions such as migraines, skin disorders, kidney disease, and neurological rehabilitation cases.
He is currently serving as Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at AyurVAID – Aster CMI, Hebbal, where he actively manages OP and IP cases, co-manages rehabilitation for post-stroke and road traffic accident patients in collaboration with medicine teams, and contributes to the Ayurveda management of chronic kidney disease.
Dr. Rohith’s academic pursuits include a dissertation and clinical trial on the Effect of Navajivana rasa with Pathyashadangam Kashaya Ghanasatwa in Classical Migraine, under the guidance of eminent faculty at Government Ayurveda Colleges in Tripunithura and Thiruvananthapuram. This study, encompassing pharmaceutical, analytical, and clinical dimensions, has been published in IJAPR, contributing to the growing body of evidence on Ayurveda interventions for neurological disorders.
