Mr N was diagnosed Covid 19 positive on 1st Sept 2020 and was admitted in Speciality Hospital with H/o Fever and Vomitting. On the 3rd day of hospitalization his condition deteriorated as he was detected as Dengue Positive. He was diagnosed with Metabolic Encephalopathy with progression of symptoms of weakness and difficulty to sit and stand. The disease was progressive and was catheterised for involuntary bladder.
