Baby.AS presented with poor milestone development including poor neck control, reduced muscle mass and weakness of four limbs, no response to verbal stimulus and poor eye contact. Baby was reported to have birth asphyxia at the time of birth, was admitted in ICU for 11 days, was diagnosed with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy; sequelae to which all developmental milestones were delayed.
