Mr. PG, a banker, struggled with a recurrent anal fistula that initially led him to undergo surgery in January 2023. Despite his belief in Ayurveda, the urgency of his condition and the lack of a suitable Ayurveda hospital at the time prompted him to opt for surgical intervention. Unfortunately, the surgery was unsuccessful, and the fistula reappeared. Though he began taking Ayurvedic medicines, they provided only partial relief, and the fistula persisted.
