Patient was admitted to the hospital with the complaints of Cervical Radiculopathy . He developed pain and stiffness in neck region and left upper back radiating towards left arm with tingling sensation. Since last 1 year he is suffering from radiating pain to both lowers along with tingling sensations of left toes. He suffers from severe vertigo and occasional headaches also.
