Patient suffering from skin lesions with itching all over the body which is dry and scaling in nature since 1 year. Then gradually he developed difficulty to stand , walk , change posture due to severe pain over multiple joints since then . All the movements are affected on aggravation of pain and swelling over neck , shoulder , elbow, ankle , knee joint , wrist, hip and finger joints , Associated with stiffness over neck and whole spine since 6 months.
