I visited the Sri Shankara AyurVAID center in Bangalore in June 2023 for PCOD management and cancer risk. It was wonderful to meet Dr. Swati and Ms Ammu (the coordinator) who guided me through the process of how to bring about lifestyle changes which suited my routine. Dr Swati is one of the most proficient doctor I have met and was very helpful, courteous, compassionate and caring. She ensured that I understood everything I needed and cleared all my doubts. I would recommend the Sri Shankara AyurVAID center without any reservations whatsoever to any patient who would like to try out ayurveda and see how it can help them. Thank you 😊
