Apollo AyurVAID is one of the best treatment centres for anyone seeking complementary, alternative or standalone Ayurvedic medical facilities/services. The procedures and medicines that I am currently on are helping me manage debilitating chronic conditions I have been facing since 2020, which include viral chronic rhinitis, post H.Pylori and post Covid long-term complications, including auto-immune flare-ups, nerve-related disorders and inflammation in the nasal passage, gut, chest and other parts of the body. This centre has come as a blessing in disguise as I have finally been able to get off around 80 per cent of the allopathic medicines I was on after availing a month’s worth of treatment here. And now, I am looking forward to fully recovering with their help in the coming months.

I am most grateful to Dr Pandey, who, to my knowledge, is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Ayurvedic doctors in the North of India (Delhi NCR), under whose guidance, supervision and treatment I am bound to be on a path to recovery. The team of doctors operating under him are instrumental in the success of the treatment as they assist, monitor and give advice daily, which is decisive for the success of the treatment. Dr Tinkle was the backbone behind the success of my treatment and was my go-to person after Dr Pandey; Dr Vikas worked tirelessly to make sure my procedures went smoothly and took care of my daily needs; Dr Awasthi and Dr Shanjith’s diagnosis, advice, knowledge, expertise, inputs and methodologies have been critical during my treatment. My primary caregiver, Akshay, ensured my experience was comfortable and pleasant and looked after me well. And so did the other three caregivers, Kristi, Anoop, and Raghuvendran, who took turns to accompany him during my treatment. The managerial/helpdesk/pharmaceutical services have been reliable and welcoming. Megha, Sneha and Charu, who handle these services, have been very warm, courteous and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that my experience is joyful, energising and likeable.

After availing myself of a month of services, a total of 10 procedures and countless hours of consultations and nurturing, I can safely say the centre is one of the best places to avail myself of the full-fledged repertoire of Ayurvedic services in Delhi NCR, given the shortage of standalone high-quality Ayurvedic centres in the region and in the country. The only gripe, if I could call it that, is the lack of adequate ventilation and the flow of natural air (not necessarily only air-conditioned air) in the treatment and inpatient rooms, which I feel are a must when it comes to Ayurvedic treatments, as the treatment aims to keep the body in as neutral a state as possible. I also stressed the need for stricter post covid protocols, such as hand hygiene, wearing masks, cleanliness of the room and bathrooms, etc, during treatments, and a pantry serving authentic Ayurvedic meals. I am assured by their CEO and founder, Rajiv Vasudevan that these minor nuances will be taken care of. Considering how genial, cordial and sincere he seems to be I am sure these these facets would be refined very soon. In conclusion, if you’re facing unyielding chronic health issues or even looking to mould your lifestyle towards a more organic way of life (or an Ayurvedic way of life), the services and guidance they offer will not disappoint.
