Brief Medical History

Mrs.IN presented with the complaints of tremors in the body associated with slowness of the movements, fixed gaze and stiffness since 11 years which got aggravated in past 4 years. She has undergone Classical Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments and is presently on Allopathic and Ayurvedic medication. She also has B/L knee pain and difficulty in walking.

PAST MEDICAL HISTORY:

K/C/O Grade 1 Fatty liver

H/O Hysterectomy -10 years ago

K/C/ Hypothyroidism since 10 years
