Brief Medical History

Mr. VM presented with the complaints of tremors over both hands since 5 years which got aggravated in past 1 year. He has difficulty in writing, slowness of movements, imbalance, and short shuffling gait. There is low volume of speech and occasional hallucinations. For a root cause address with Classical Ayurveda treatments he has approached AyurVAID Hospital, Ramamurthy Nagar.

K/C/O Diabetes Mellitus since 7-8 years

K/C/O Hypertension since 7-8 years

H/O CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft) in 2008
