Dr. Rakesh Nair is a Senior Physician at Apollo AyurVAID Hospitals, currently consulting at AyurVAID HCAH, with over 14 years of experience in clinical Ayurveda. He specialises in Integrative Neuro Rehabilitation, managing complex and chronic neurological conditions through a structured, hospital-based Ayurveda approach.

His clinical expertise includes stroke rehabilitation, road traffic accident (RTA) rehabilitation, spinal disorders, Parkinson’s disease, and acute and chronic pain management. At AyurVAID HCAH, Dr. Rakesh works closely with neurologists, neurosurgeons, physiatrists, and rehabilitation teams to design personalised treatment protocols that integrate classical Ayurveda with modern rehabilitation practices, focusing on functional recovery and improved quality of life.

Dr. Rakesh brings strong clinical grounding from Kottakal Arya Vaidyasala and Birla Kerala Vaidyashala, along with academic experience as a faculty member at Hillside Ayurveda Medical College (Department of Dravya Gunam).
