Untreated haemorrhoids can sometimes resolve independently, particularly if they are less severe. However, whether they dissolve without therapy is determined by a variety of circumstances, including their severity and overall health.

Mild Haemorrhoids:
- Internal Haemorrhoids: Small internal haemorrhoids frequently disappear without therapy. They may diminish and disappear independently, particularly through ayurvedic medicines, and dietary & lifestyle modifications to prevent constipation and straining.
- External Haemorrhoids: Small external haemorrhoids can improve without therapy, especially by avoiding activities that aggravate the condition, such as prolonged sitting or hard lifting.

Moderate to Severe Haemorrhoids:
- Persistent Symptoms: Haemorrhoids that cause ongoing pain, itching, or bleeding are less likely to resolve without some form of intervention.
- Thrombosed Haemorrhoids: These occur when a blood clot forms inside the haemorrhoid, causing significant pain and swelling. Thrombosed haemorrhoids often require medical treatment.
While all these are the cases, mild haemorrhoids can be resolved with the help of medicines and some lifestyle modifications like:
1) Eating a high-fibre diet and drinking plenty of fluids helps prevent constipation, reduce strain during bowel movements, and promote healing.
2) Proper anal cleanliness and regular sitz baths can help to relieve discomfort and improve healing.
3) Regular physical activity helps enhance circulation and gut health, which can help treat haemorrhoids.
