Dr. Ashima Sardana, a distinguished figure in the field of Ayurveda, obtained her BAMS from A & U Tibbia College, New Delhi, and her Post Graduate Proficiency in Panchakarma from Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalay, Pune University. Her qualifications extend beyond, as she holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Medico Legal Systems from Symbiosis Institute of Health Care, Pune.

With over 21 years of experience, Dr. Ashima commenced her career in 2005 with a private practice at Palam Vihar in Gurgaon. Over the years, she has established herself as an esteemed professional at various institutions, diversifying her career by providing her services in multiple roles. She served as an Ayurveda Visiting Consultant at Med Harbour Hospital and as an Ayurveda OPD at Arya Samaj Charitable Dispensary and AIMA Charitable Health Care Centre, Palam Vihar. Additionally, she has made notable contributions at institutions such as SKK Ayurveda, Pankaj Kasturi Panchakarma Centre, YOGASHRAM, Shape U Health & Beauty Clinic (Ayurvedic Division), and Anjali Mukherjee Health Total Pvt.
