We underwent Ayurvedic treatment for 21 days here at Ayurvaid Hospital, Kadavanthara. Dr. Ani Sampath and her team – Dr. Bindu, Dr. Sangeetha took good care and provided us with a feel-at-home experience. They offer Ayurvedic treatment with precision leveraging medical diagnostics advancements of the modern age. They calibrate the treatment intensity and medication according to the patient’s pre-conditions and tailor it further as the treatment progresses based on its response. Mr. Raju, Ms. Ammachi (Sr. Therapists) and their therapist’s team, Mr. Ebin, Mr. Prince, Ms. Geethu, and Ms. Neetu, are very sincere, meticulously executing the prescribed line of treatment by Dr. Ani Sampath. In addition to the Doctor’s in-person routine check of patients’ wellness, the therapists, especially Mr. Raju, used to go the extra mile and check on our well-being. Ms. Jayanthi Raju is our go-to person for all queries on facilities during pre-hospitalization and treatment. She always serviced us with a pleasant smile. Though the hospital is a remodelled two-story house, they have taken every step possible to maintain it well and clean. The hospital staff prepare the Doctor’s prescribed diet and serve it on time according to a schedule. If you are very particular about avoiding certain types of foods, please convey that to Dr. Ani on day one so that she can provide you with alternates that you can have. After like seven days or so, we had this conversation to find out that we could have had better options right from day one. One aspect they can improve is the capability to withstand power failures. There was a power failure on a day, it lasted for a long time, and their battery-based power back couldn’t stand long. As a service recovery, they arranged for alternate accommodation in a hotel just opposite to hospital for a night, which is a nice gesture. In short, it’s a value for money with five stars for patient care and four stars for the facilities.
