Dr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwari

Dr Sanjay Kumar Tiwari is an exceptionally accomplished, research-driven Ayurveda Physician, Academician, and innovator specialising in Kayachikitsa (Internal Medicine) and integrative clinical care. He completed his BAMS and MD in Kayachikitsa from Ch. Brahm Prakash Ayurved Charak Sansthan, New Delhi, and his PhD in Kayachikitsa from the apex All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi, under the Ministry of AYUSH. He also holds a Postgraduate Certificate Course in Hospital Management from AIIA, where he was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence. Dr Sanjay brings a stellar research pedigree; he has served as a Senior Research Fellow (Medical) at the prestigious CSIR–Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (IGIB), contributing to a high-impact Centre of Excellence project on Ayurveda Prakriti and Genomics. Clinically, he specialises in the management of metabolic disorders, Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, gastrointestinal diseases, and male reproductive and sexual health, with ongoing doctoral research focused on diabetes-induced erectile dysfunction. He is a prolific academic author who has written 7 books, 6 book chapters, and 28 peer-reviewed research publications in high-impact journals.
