Her area of expertise centers around Ayurveda Gynaecology (Prasoothi Tantra and Stree Roga), wherein her profound skills have resulted in the successful treatment of a diverse range of complex conditions including Infertility, PCOD, PCOS, Menstrual Disorders, Uterine Polyps, Abnormal Uterine Bleeding, Fibroid, Endometriosis, and Adenomyosis.

Hailing from Kerala, Dr. Aswathi commenced her educational voyage by obtaining a BAMS degree from Vishnu Ayurveda College, Calicut University. Her academic pursuits led her to acquire an M.S. in Ayurveda from Sri Sai Ayurveda Medical College, Kanpur University, with a focus on Ayurvedic Gynaecology (Prasoothi Tantra and Stree Roga). Her holistic approach to healing is evidenced by her completion of a Yoga Science for Wellness course at the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, along with her certification in Health Research Fundamentals from ICMR.
Throughout her professional tenure, Dr. Aswathi has cultivated collaborations with esteemed Ayurveda institutions, encompassing pivotal roles at establishments such as Kottakkal Aryavaidyasala, Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala, and an instrumental position as an AYUSH consultant at Safdarjung Hospital. Currently, her expertise profoundly benefits patients as a consultant physician at AyurVAID within Medanta Hospital, Gurugram. Beyond her clinical responsibilities, her adeptness as a Research Scientist is evident through her association with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Government of India. Furthermore, Dr. Aswathi’s contributions transcend her clinical and research roles, as she has showcased her prowess by presenting research papers at noteworthy national and international conferences.
