Dr. Arushi Bansal

Dr. Arushi Bansal is a consultant physician and surgeon at Apollo AyurVAID, New Delhi, with an MS in Shalya Tantra (Ayurvedic Surgery) from the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi. She completed her BAMS from the University of Delhi and has gained extensive exposure to Ano-rectal disorders, Para-Surgical procedures, Panchakarma, and integrative musculoskeletal care during her academic and clinical training.

During her clinical training, she independently managed a high volume of OPD and IPD consultations. She gained hands-on experience in procedures such as Ksharasutra ligation, Kshar karma, IFTAK, fistulotomy, fistulectomy, fissure management, laser hemorrhoidopexy/tag excision, SiLAC, Agnikarma, Leech therapy, Siravedha, wound care, as well as other general and laparoscopic surgeries. Her clinical interests include ano-rectal disorders, wound healing, and integrative orthopaedic care. She has received advanced clinical exposure under renowned Ayurveda clinicians, including Dhanwantri award winner Vd. P. V. Damaniya and Vd. Ravishankar Pervaje, with training in advanced Panchakarma practices and Kshaar Karma.

Dr. Arushi has also been actively involved in academic research and presentations, with publications and thesis work focused on integrative approaches in lower back pain disorders. Her approach to care combines classical Ayurveda principles, personalised treatment planning, Panchakarma therapies, and evidence-based integrative management to support long-term recovery and improved quality of life.
