Dr. Sandhya Ramesh

Dr Sandhya Ramesh is a passionate, energetic, and clinically precise Ayurveda Consultant widely recognised as one of the best Ayurvedic gastroenterologists in New Delhi. She completed her BAMS from the Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, and her post-graduation from the Government Ayurvedic College, Thiruvananthapuram. Dr Sandhya specialises in classical Ayurvedic diagnostics and therapeutics for managing complex gastrointestinal systems, chronic skin diseases, degenerative musculoskeletal disorders, and neurological conditions, with a strong focus on Parkinson’s disease and post-stroke rehabilitation. She has extensive mastery of classical Panchakarma therapies and a specialised clinical interest in Ayurvedic cosmetology and aesthetic therapeutics. Before joining Apollo AyurVAID, she served as a consulting physician at the globally renowned Vaidya Ratnam Oushadhasala in Kannur. Dr Sandhya is a highly decorated academician; she was the runner-up of the national AyurWiz quiz competition conducted by the Himalaya Drug Company in 2013, has published several papers in reputed national journals, and has won multiple awards for her research presentations at key national and international Ayurveda seminars.
