  • Nutrient-Rich Diet: Consume a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, milk, curd, and light foods, tailored to your individual constitution (prakriti).
  • Avoid Harmful Habits: Steer clear of excessive consumption of spicy, oily, sour, fried foods, as well as alcohol, smoking, and excessive caffeine.
  • Natural Hair Care: Replace chemical-based shampoos and hair colors with gentle, herbal alternatives.
  • Ayurveda Treatments: Consider treatments like Shirodhara and Nasya Karma, which have proven beneficial effects on hair health.
  • Yoga and Meditation: Incorporate relaxation techniques to manage stress, thereby promoting hair health.
  • Herbal Hair Oils: After washing your hair, gently apply Bhringa Amalaka taila or Neelibhringadi taila. You can leave it on for the entire day or wash it off after an hour to nourish and strengthen the hair.

Homemade Paste for Hair Fall

  • Amla powder – 1 teaspoon, 
  • Reetha (soapnut) powder – ½ teaspoon, 
  • Shikakai (soap pod) powder – ½ teaspoon, 
  • Neem leaf powder – ½ teaspoon, 
  • Fenugreek seed powder – 1 teaspoon,
  • Hibiscus leaf powder – 1 teaspoon 

Mix everything and soak in ¼ cup of lukewarm water for one hour or overnight. Use this paste as a shampoo for washing hair. Wash hair 2-3 times a week. The paste cleans the scalp, stops hair from falling, and promotes hair growth.
