Dr. P. Saritha Nair

Dr. P. Saritha Nair is a highly experienced Ayurveda physician with over 36 years of clinical practice in Ayurvedic medicine and Panchakarma. She has dedicated her career to delivering classical, patient-centred Ayurveda care across leading institutions in Bengaluru and Kerala. Currently serving as Additional Chief Physician at Apollo AyurVAID Hospitals, Domlur and HRBR Layout, she provides senior clinical guidance and delivers structured, classical Ayurveda care for patients with chronic and complex health concerns.

She holds a BAMS from Trivandrum  Ayurveda Medical College (1989) and has advanced training in Marma Chikitsa, Panchakarma, therapeutic yoga, and clinical support care, enabling her to offer a comprehensive, integrative approach to healing. Alongside her clinical practice, she is also a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, bringing movement, rehabilitation, and lifestyle correction into her treatment protocols.

Over the years, Dr. Saritha has served in senior leadership roles, including Chief Physician, Branch Chief Physician, and Senior Physician at reputed Ayurveda centres such as Pranavam Ayurvedic Treatment Center, ORENDA Ayurveda Multi-Speciality Hospital, Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, and other established institutions. Her experience spans clinical care, treatment planning, Panchakarma training, medicine preparation, and mentoring therapy teams, reflecting strong depth in both patient care and clinical operations.

Clinically, she specialises in musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain, neurological conditions, lifestyle diseases, and rehabilitation-focused Panchakarma care, with particular expertise in Marma-based therapies that support pain relief, mobility, and functional recovery. Her approach emphasises accurate diagnosis, personalised treatment planning, diet and Dinacharya guidance, and long-term restoration of health rather than symptomatic relief alone.
