Dr. Sanila is an experienced Ayurveda physician with over 14 years of clinical experience in classical Ayurveda practice, offering comprehensive care for chronic and lifestyle-related conditions. She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura, Kerala, in 2012.

She has worked with several reputed Ayurveda institutions, including Sanjeevanam, Punarjani Ayurveda, and Madhavbaug, gaining extensive exposure to structured clinical practice, integrative care pathways, and long-term patient management. Dr. Sanila has also served as Medical Superintendent at AyurVAID Hospitals, Ramamurthy Nagar, where she played a key role in clinical operations, patient care oversight, and team coordination.

Clinically, her areas of interest and expertise include orthopaedic and musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic back and neck pain, and degenerative joint conditions; neurological and neuromuscular conditions including Parkinson’s disease, nerve-related pain, and movement disorders; skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and chronic dermatitis; as well as women’s health and metabolic conditions, including hormonal imbalances, weight-related concerns, and lifestyle disorders. She is well-versed in classical Ayurveda Panchakarma therapies, designing personalised treatment protocols based on individual constitution, disease stage, and functional outcomes to support sustained and holistic recovery.
