Dr. Sunil Arya

Dr. Sunil Arya, based in Gurgaon, holds a BAMS and MD degree in Ayurveda from Gujarat Ayurveda University. With an illustrious career spanning over 28 years, he is one of the most renowned figures in the field of Ayurveda.

Dr. Sunil’s journey led him to become the Director and Chief Physician at Jeevniya Ayurveda Clinic in Gurgaon, where he specializes in treating chronic and challenging health problems using Ayurveda, Yoga, Diet, and Lifestyle counseling, alongside Panchakarma and Kshar Sutra Facilities. Here, he engages in research, teaching, and administrative work, which have set the tone for his distinguished career. His contributions extend beyond his professional roles; he is the founder and Member of ‘The Navkalp Foundation’, an NGO dedicated to social reform focusing on health and environmental issues, representing Ayurveda.

As one of the best doctors in Gurgaon, he has expanded his horizons by giving more than 300 lectures and sessions over the last fifteen years on ‘How to Stay Healthy without Medicines’. His commitment to society is evident in the conduction of 200+ camps on Yoga and health awareness, and various other plantation campaigns.
